If it was a Dem they wouldn’t have gone into a war where a bombing campaign was the only objective
Clinton did this with Yugoslavia

Why do you think Syria is meeting with the government for help vs directly talking to businesses to invest in the country to rebuild? When America puts in money then others will.
I don't understand the point you are making.

Yugoslavia was a international campaign with a clear objective to stop a genocide.

What was the objective of this campaign again?

The Syria point is the same as the USAid. Taxpayers money used to rebuild foreign infrastructure. We build hospitals and help with food assistance on taxpayer money.

They don't care about international law they just want vibes, Israel wiped off the map, and the prospect of America failing
Well international law wouldn’t have allowed for the continued displacement and harassment of lawfully present Palestinians…but vibes.

I'm not understanding your point. I'm not defending the agreement or the war.

I'm only saying we don't usually pay for breaking the furniture. That’s not me saying that’s right or fair, it’s just the reality.

Iran showed, and is showing, the world that they can control the Strait of Hormuz. That’s it.

Without a single shot fired. Unless you managed to take over their entire southern region (which, good luck), them threatening to sink ships is enough to stop any ship owner or insurer from sending ships through the passage

It's not right or fair. It's also not right or fair that Iran got bombed by the US and Israel in an attempt to disintegrate the nation, forcing it to use one of its few points of leverage, indefinitely. It is what it is

I’m saying we do. Like with Iraq but we usually only do it to get something out of it. Either a base or influencing the political environment.

Not for “oops my bad” altruism

Like I said. We usually don’t get into random bombings from the air and letting things play out without interfering. We are usually on the ground like Afghanistan and Iraq.

If a Dem were in office, we would already be doing infrastructure in Syria.
