Are you posting from 2024? :heh:

Have you seen the polling on ICE and Israel?

Surprisingly, The people are seeing the light despite overwhelming propaganda. Tell your moderate Dem leaders to make adjustments or lose.

The Dems never lost because of Israel/Palestine anyway.

No matter how much people deflect the main reason is that there are too many people in America that weren't willing to vote for a black woman :yeshrug:

That being said, at this point there's absolutely no political benefit (aside from AIPAC cash I guess) for Dems to still support Israel.

Nope. This is a cop‑out and continues to whitewash the fact that Trump almost beat a white man in 2020 in a very very very vwry close election and only barely lost despite a bungled pandemic. People simply voted for change.Kamala being Black isn’t why she lost. She lost simply because she was part of an unpopular administration, on top of a weak economy and widespread criticism of how foreign conflicts with one being a genocide.

Yes. Clinton bad campaigning strategy is why she lost
Okay, so the last 3 elections were all razor thing elections. If that's the case then why are you disregarding Kamala Harris's gender and race as a key factor particularly when you accept Clinton did better but Ran a terrible campaign. Not a claim you attributed to Harris.

Let's look at the Screws:
  • The election was decided by razor-thin margins (~1–2%)
  • The economy was not in clear collapse, weakening a purely economic explanation
  • Major policy contrasts (like Israel/Gaza) were not sharply polarizing for most voters
  • Therefore, small, candidate-specific factors mattered more than usual
  • Among those, race and gender biases—while not dominant—could plausibly account for a meaningful share of the margin
It makes no sense to say pointing Her being a black woman played no part and is a cop out. It's clearly a factor.

Especially when the EC and Popular vote shifts are in alignment for the firdt time in the last 12 years.

Because it wasn't she overperformed Joe Bidens internal pollimg and external expectations which was 380+ electoral votes. Kamala best chance always was to save down ballot dems from a Total wash out which she did, Cherry on top was etching out a win which was tough. Race was a factor , just like race was a factor in 2008 it wasn't the factor of why she lost.

Let's look at the Screws:

  • The economy was not in clear collapse, weakening a purely economic explanation

Economy was dog shyt for people at the bottom. We've had millions of arguments about this since 2022, im not sure if its willful ignorance or out of touch but democrats used the stock market and yoy inflation % as a barometer of success
  • Major policy contrasts (like Israel/Gaza) were not sharply polarizing for most voters

It was polarizing for some voters. I'm sure telling voters Judea and Samaria is the promise land couldn't have went well
  • Therefore, small, candidate-specific factors mattered more than usual

nope economy was not a small factor, was the largest factor
  • Among those, race and gender biases—while not dominant—could plausibly account for a meaningful share of the margin

Nah. It was the economy and how people felt with an out of touch dying president who didn't speak for their real issues they faced.

It was going to be worse had Biden stayed on the ballot. Kamala saved us from 55 senate seats

I presented facts. You're responding with vibes.

Here's the facts:

Donald won his first presidency while losing the popular vote due to electoral bias.

He lost on 2020 by both a sizable electoral and Popular vote margins.

He won in 2024 in a similar fashion as he lost in 2020. Neither of those were close.

The issue here is you attempt to point to broad appeal whe attempting to justify why politicians should run on specific policy positions.

But then when it's time to point out why Biden bad/Trump good you then shift to battleground state vote margins which themselves aren't the same barometer of dems shoring up their base -- the argument you attempt to make to prop up the progressive left vs mainstream dems.

Which itself maybe wouldn't be so problematic or come across so dishonest if you didn't spend everyday arguing with @the cac mamba whose whole approach is to focus on those voters and their issues that make these "razor thin elections" decided in battle ground states.

And no Kamala Harris didn't over perform. She drastically underperformed the polling leading up to the election, got smoked in damn near every battleground state, and gave republicans their first popular vote victory since you've been able to drink alcohol.

That account is really not worth acknowledging. The juice is never worth the squeeze. It will always default to Dems bad genocide Joe and childish insults when challenged. I refuse to believe that one black person is behind it. Because again if it is then it's on a watch list and probably one of the most miserable people in the country. But it's not it's just one of the many shyt posting accounts on the Internet. Attention is the last thing it needs.
