Iran is playing this real cool and rational. They are making Trump and the administration look like incompetent fools. Zarif is probably there to see if anything could be agreed because if not Iran on September 5th will probably go all the way to withdraw from the deal and restart their nuclear program. So this is the EU’s last shot to get something for Iran to stick in the deal.
