That's because he has no idea what he's talking aboug and what hes doing. He knows nothing about anything only the basics of the basics. He knows we are in Iraq and when he mentions pulling out of Iraq his basic brain is reminded of Syria where he pulled out of so he must pivot there. Then he remembers he must protect Turkey so he mentions how they have lost people too. Then he thinks about money again like it's his. Like he paid for the base and wants his money back.
In other words he's a fukking lunatic.
