This is why the POTUS needs a strong State Department and diplomatic team, the position doesn't just manage the US, but the world. That's the burden of being at the top of the food chain and we're seeing what happens when unqualified people are handed that power.

Where we find ourselves unfortunately isn't new territory for us, but strong diplomats bring other nations back to the table and keep them there.
