If the US continues along it's normal course of Presidents: Bush, Obama, Biden, etc., what is the likelihood that anyone with even a median knowledge of history, geopolitics, and cause and effect relationship (all of which the current President lacks) would have ever agreed to this, let alone within Bibi's lifetime?

The stars certainly aligned, the American people are largely to blame but Republican policy was a large driver(screwing education, gutting social safety nets), the inability of congress to meaningfully and timely regulate so many predatory industries and the rapid advances of technology
