2024 was the 2nd highest voting election behind only 2020. If we matched 2020 he still would have won because people simply voted differently.on top of that trump won more of those who didn't vote in 2020 but decided to cast a ballot in 2024.
There's been a lot of reporting that Iran is saving their more sophisticated missiles for later, presumably when Israel and the Gulf States have a lower inventory of interceptors.
