An illegal war of aggression brought instability. The Iranians telegraphed this for years. The Pentagon war gamed this a long time ago.
There’s a group of posters who present themselves as “pragmatic,” but in reality just echo pro-Israel talking points, and it seems like @ADevilYouKhow falls into that category.
Most of the support for this war is coming from two camps: neo-con types who reflexively favor military action without thinking through the long-term consequences, and staunch pro-Israel advocates who have always supported striking Iran. No matter how messy this becomes or what actions Israel takes, they’re unlikely to change their position based on facts.
