Finally watched the 1st episode it's all new to me as I am unfamiliar with the history of this series.

I enjoyed it. Def interested in seeing where this all goes. Regina king is just a talent as an actress. She the reason I checked it out I liked all her projects especially in the past decade or so.

I didnt even see the movie so it's all brand new to me.

Apparently there was a lot of good allegory related to the play Oklahoma. I don’t know shyt about musicals tho. Can’t wait to see the affects of Redfordations that they slowly reveal as the show goes on. I also didn’t notice that everyone drives electric cars and drugs may be legal with how cavalier Regina was with dude taking a bump.

Its possible he's the stand in for Dr. Manhattan (at least until he shows up)

Damon mentioned that the opening with the Tulsa Riots is like Krypton for Superman. So I think we'll get flashbacks for him as well.

He's either a superhero or...

I think thats a TV version of the character.

However, remember it opened with the little boy watching Bass Reeves take off the hood. So its possible he was part of the original minutemen. Just blended in years ago.

Obviously stretching this theory, but figured out ways to blend in/cover his eyes better than the TV version.

Those numbers are solid and guarantee they will have more people watching.
