I think he's quite clearly the best defensive player in the NFL. I'll take him 10/10 times over Parsons.

Exactly. You put him on someone like Tampa and they become immediate Super Bowl contenders. The Browns arguably have the best defense in the league, but their offense is remedial as fukk.
