Ok, I'm a bit older so I'm not familiar with these new rules, but how has Collier's go-to move, and it's also in the NBA, not a travel? You can stop your dribble, stand in place for 3 seconds, and THEN lift your pivot to take 1 or 2 more steps? Since when?
