She's got a nice post game and an okay shot blocker. She's also not a real threat to score outside 15 feet and she's slow compared to most of the bigs I named.

PER always overrates good rebounders. McCowan was top 10 in PER last season ahead of Boston and ain't no way is she a top 25 player.
She's 13th in EFG% but all of the bigs I listed except Ezi and A'ja were ahead of her.
She's not a great defender. Good shotblocker but she's slow-footed. Kelsey and Sabrina are capable of dropping 30, they have to be ahead of Boston.

my biggest takeaway is that Alyssa Thomas is a top 2 floor raiser in the league and a lot of players owe her a percentage of them big contracts they got this offseason because they ain't shyt without her

Boston been playing amazing this year. Bonner is going to need some time. Indiana is pressure. Some of these new girls ain't used to NBA atmosphere with sky high expectations
