ROY needs to be an individual award especially when the #1 pick should most likely end up on the worst team. You can't punish a rookie for the bad pieces around them. Sonia has Kiki, Shakira, had Sykes, and a clearly superior coach. Paige has a terrible coach, bad pieces, no front court whatsoever, and half the team has been injured for most of the season.
