it's mandatory. Not only is showing up mandatory, but it's mandatory to give answers they ACCEPT.At getting fined for not being at the press conference
no profanity laced interviews
no talking about the refs
no answering the same answer
Sheed was fined 20 years ago for simply saying "both teams played hard" over and over. There is no leeway with the NBA. It's their way or no way. They can thank Kareem for that though. His non-press approach is why the league made press mandatory.
Again, my original comment wasn't about the fans. So why are the WNBA players taking it out on the player?
