Damn man, for somoene who is all over Angel Reese you are out of the loop on this.

A "Mebound" is a term that was coined for her rebounding her own misses. shyt been everywhere for the past couple weeks, to the point where Reese has not only addressed it but is trying to take ownership of the word by copyright/trademarking it. In one game she got 5 mebounds in a single possession because she kept bricking the layup or getting blocked but then grabbing the rebound.


And to your overall point, they aint talking about Angel Reese because folks aint tuning in to First Take to hear about Angel Reese. They are an entertainment show, not a legit sports breakdown program. 1st Take is a hot take, whats popular, program 1st and foremost. I been hopping around sports radio on Sirius most of the day and nobody is talking about Angel Reese and that triple double. But everybody is airing a CC segment. So dont try and pin this on Stephen A and 1st Take.

Purposely tuned into First Take to see something. They did a whole segment on CC and her return, there was not one word on Angel nor her triple double. And yall say there’s no agenda?

CC’s return was huge, yes, she DOMINATED, focusing on her is expected. But no mention of Angel an hour into the show is agenda driven.

There really is no reason to ever watch ESPN outside of catching a live sporting event. The channel and it's "news"/commentary has been some agenda driven, weird, negative, clickbaity trash for a while now. I stopped watching their non live sports content years ago.

This goes beyond how they cover Angel Reese (although I agree with all of what ya'll are highlighting).
