I think they can keep Sims on hardships until Clark is back cause they're under 10 players. If Clark is back they're gonna have to release at least one of them to keep Sims. Probably both so they can fill that spot for the playoffs. Regardless both still get paid and rehab benefits so there's no reason not too.
