Looks like they are going for a combo of the more humanoid looking Post-Crisis Cheetah and the more animal looking version that is in the comics now.
I think it looks fine but that's just a head shot so I won't judge it too harshly yet.
Personally I would have been cool with this version of the character myself since I have never been a fan of the more cat-like Cheetah:

Cheetah doesn't look good (will hold off judging until I see her in motion though) but the alternative is she's just wearing a skin tight cheetah print body suit....which is basically a stripper.
