I'm not understanding the decisions for this match at all.
If they weren't going to give Rey a new partner then what was the point of injuring Dominick before the match?
It's not like anyone really gives enough of a damn about Dominick that him running out later to help Rey despite his injuries would matter at all.
So what's the point?
