there needs to be a some brief cameos by young versions of a few people. i know capadonna, 60 sec, shabazz and killa sin was around. and masta killa never gets any shine
Cappadonna was locked up with Divine in Season 1, I think - he kicks the 'Winter Warz' verse.
Genius links up with Masta Killa right at the end of Season 1 too. Like at the end of the last episode.

I feel like it starts after the Tommy Boy deal goes south/ just before they get to Loud and culminates post 36 Chambers release - at least that's the impression I got from Prince Paul's podcast. The way he tells it there was a sudden rush of interest once RZA's name starts ringing off and he was filling in RZA's verses on tour when he wasn't able to make shows.
No bullshyt. It was Emmy worthy. Mario Van Peebles directed it too
If this exact level of writing and acting was a show about The Rolling Stones or some shyt, theyβd be getting all the buzz.
It got an Emmy nod for Season1 for one of those other awards. Season 2 needs one for Original Scripted or Supporting

Just finished watching Season 2 and I enjoying it. I love the scene that RZA tried to figure it out how to make a dope beat where in his imagine has a bunch of musicians playing instruments live was dope as fukk scene.
I thought ODB was going to fukk a lady landlord.
GFK's little brother was hilarious
