The judge is about to give him love, she loathes the prosecutor. Steele is one the best attorneys in the country, I'm sure he has some great insight in what the judge will sentence Thug to, which is why he suggested the non negotiated plea, so the judge could decide. The Prosecutors had to save face, that's why they were offering 45 years, with 20 years served (which is a wild offer)

I bet the judge sentences Thug to 5 years MAX, and he already has almost 3 years served which means he could be out in a year.
