Atlanta rapper Gunna released after pleading guilty to RICO charge

His sentence has been commuted to time served.

Gunna was sentenced to five years with one served in prison. The one-year sentence was commuted to time served. The four-year remaining balance on his sentenced has been suspended and will be subject to special conditions including 500 hours of community service.

Also, Gunna was way way down on the list of defendants, he's a minor player, a PR move, in some regards. The RICO predicates that he was connected too a far less severe than his codefendants.
