This is sorta of my response to what Tyler the Creator said about 80s rap music the other day on Twitter........now he is a wild young adult, but that goes without saying that him shiitin on 80s music is akin to hating himself.....b/se he DID NOT PIONEER hip hop......he just reaps the rewards of other people's hard work and ingenuity, he's on the 112th floor, but he would exist without the DEEEEEP underground foundation ROOTS................he wasn't out there when the critics were calling it a small "blip" on the radar screen, he wasn't out there when record companies (well they still are essentially), but artists were getting completely shiited on by record companies and management, etc. Not like to day anyway.....and he wasn't out there as the 1st one to craft songs, rhymes schemes, producing the 1st sounds in this genre of music.....so to shiit on sohh just outright and not acknowledge your "hip hop forum" roots (even with the "issues" they have) is pretty crude actually if you see my analogy here....
This site's simple abilities that sohh could have done are awesome, just looking at the "smileys in history" or "post your hometown pics" thread" have proven that.......but I'm not going to shiit on the site like that, even though I understand if you were lurking and getting rejected to join or got banned multiple times you might feel differently.....I hope this site continues.....but sohh, even if dead deserves some respect.....It has millions of posts to prove it deserves some respect.....
