When a job pays for your education do they have a stipulation of how long you have to stay with them?
Great question!
Yes, in most cases they do.
In my case, I had to sign a contract stating that I have to stay at least one year from my graduation date. At that point I can leave. If I leave before that, I'm responsible for the entire tuition.

I always thought they'd make you stay longer like 5 years

:blessed:God is good. I was a D student in High School working fast food jobs for 10 years. Finally woke up and went to college. Graduated with honors. Associates Degree in Network Security. Bought a house. Found a job that would pay for continuing education. This Monday I start school again, pursuing a Masters in Business Administration. Job is paying 100% of the tuition. :to:Keep grinding brehs. It may seem like it's taking forever but it all pays off in the end.
:salute:Not an L was taken:banderas:

Got married. Had 2 kids.

:francis:Welp. You almost did everything right in life. Rep anyway.

I've heard that a lot of jobs require 3 - 5 years. I just got very lucky in my case. I'm blessed man, I can't put it any other way.
And I made the thread as motivation to the coli brehs. Im not a book smart person. I was raised in a very humble household. We never had much at all, and even as an adult Im not swimming in the dough or anything like that. I just learned to take certain things a little more seriously and focus on making the right moves for my family.

ECPI is a for-profit school. You sure it checks out breh? :patrice:

It is regionally accredited tho so :ehh:
Yes sir. It's for profit which is a crazy slippery slope and CONSTANTLY gets brought up amongst the students, but I'll be 100% honest with you. The education I got there was top notch in my experience and I'm very happy with the school overall.
