Yup. A felony just means a crime punishable by more than a year of prison. Tip did the minimum but had to do the whole thing (with some half way house stay as well i believe). Wayne had to do the whole year too.

Offset might be gone for a year off a plea bargain but he will likely sit in now so it counts as time served at least until the show dates start. Judge may let him out to work but i doubt he’ll be cleared for international flights. They’ll probably take his passport. Smh.

That’s gonna be terrible for business. Internationally is where the money is to be made.
