With that being said I don’t know the full context of what he said but I hope he isn’t making it seem like him Quavo and Takeoff weren’t family. Because you don’t have to be blood to be family. It’s cool if you aren’t on good terms with someone but don’t go re-writing history.

It's because cats have a general assumption that who is big to them, is as big to everyone else. Of course, Migos became an A-list act, but everybody didn't follow these dudes on an intimate scale. You're older than them AND you aren't from the South, it's not surprising you didn't know them. I'm in their age bracket (few years older) but I'm not from the South and in general their style of rap isn't my appetite...

I lived in Metro Atlanta for a year, 2013-14, and I remember their rise but I wasn't into them...

Some of these dudes are they age or younger, are into that style of rap, and are from the South. They followed these nikkas religiously all of us didn't, I just think some guys expect that they were as popular to everyone else as they were commercially...
