Anyway, if I were a lawyer I would say that my client was in fear for his life when the guy that was beating on him said "I will put you down". Furthermore, somebody here noted that the shooter got kicked in the head. I would argue that this caused temporary CTE.

No chance of self-defense, as the victim had gotten up, and turned his back.

1) The guy beating up the other guy, he didn't notice a gun on him???
2) After he pounced on him why he immediately walk away with his back turnt on him? who does that????
3) Then the guy gets up like he was never beaten down like no problem
4) Then he starts shooting the shirtless guy, but AS HE'S SHOOTING HIM the guy getting shot up stretches his back like a hyperextension???????????
5) After getting shot multiple times the guy is able to maintain that pose???
