lay offs are never good, the company must do some serious restructuring at this point. Cutting there loss now and trying to restructure may be the best bet while it is still relatively early in the game for the next gen systems.

on another note..my boy who is a loyal xbox man copped a xbox one 2 weeks ago. He wants to return the system and wants to know if best buy will accept a return on it since he is not satisfied and had them less than 30 days....he is making that transition to Sony if they will give him a return on the products...xbots dont get mad at me like you did the other dude who returned the xbox this week on the forum, its not me, its my friend who is returning the system.. go easy

I thought it was pretty obvious that Microsoft needed a change and with a new CEO I kinda saw this coming shortly after the disaster that was the Windows 8 Launch
