If you're a new coach or a coach potentially on the hot seat, why would you bring in a guy who you KNOW will disrespect your team culture the second he walks in the door? He won't show up for any team activities before Training Day, he will demand the team sign his washed friends, and the minute things go bad he's gonna be on television talking shyt.
