Tucker has a very strong as for the GOAT kicker.
Vinatieri has had some HUGE kicks in high pressure moments, but his team helped put him in those positions. I've seen nothing to show me that Tucker wouldn't show up when it matters. I think both are acceptable answers, but I can't knock anyone for taking Tucker.

We are discussing the GOAT kicker, not what kickers have done in the SB when they are likely the least responsible player for getting their team there.
