Is it too soon to say we miss Bauce?
Dog...last year we missed Bauce, everybody cried about us not having a TE...then Ballard came thru to make crazy catches & block well.Is it too soon to say we miss Bauce?
Our offense just requires a TE that can block well & make occasional grabs. The 4th Rd pick, Adrian Robsinson, has supposedly shown good athleticism & hands already...Martellus Bennett has always been a solid blocker...and we even had a good-looking TE on the practice squad last year Christian Hopkins that Reese liked.
So, we'll see what up...but it's nothing to sweat because Ballard wasn't playing this season anyway.

Like Rev said, we need somebody who can sure up the line and run block who can grab a few down balls and requre a little bit of attention...

Jets are going to be running a system similar to Giants. What's y'all thoughts on if Sanchez can succeed in it ?

Well im not down on Sanchez as much some other people . He needs more weapons and a real chance to show something . Having said that we got Eli the gawd so the jets can't run the same system . I think the jets needs to give Sanchez a real chance to succeed and if he can't move on , ground and pound doesn't give him the chances of other qbs

Just wanted y'all opinion since y'all seen that type of offense for years. It's not like Eli always was good as he is now, so I just wanted some thoughts and hardship Eli had deal with being in that system.

The Giants passing offense is one of the most complex in the league. It's a big time risk-reward system based around the QB and WR being on the same page and making the same reads after the snap with WR option routes. A lot of passes well downfield.
Honestly, it doesn't really strike me as the offense that Sanchez should be running at this stage of his career.
EXACTLY!! I try to explain this to people (even some Giants fans). It doesn't matter what the play is...its what Eli and the WR read at the line. The biggest difference is that Eli told the WR at the beginning of the season "if u guys make the wrong read I'M not throwing u the ball PERIOD", guys would make the wrong read and ran the wrong route and Eli felt "I can still get it into to them" which lead to a lot of INT's.
Having these young receivers that are willing to put in the time to be on the same page as Eli as well as Eli stepping up and letting them know if u fukk up u ain't getting the rock has lead to a better overall offense.
Can't wait for this year...Go Big Blue!
