Romo stepped it up during the season opener. We'll see how consistent he is in the next game.

The coaching staff doesn't get enough props for the halftime adjustments the team makes when they look sloppy early.

Could be just a player effort thing, too. But we stopped the fukk outta Morris in the 2nd half, and the amount of turnovers was nice.

:heh: @ the Skins not touching or running with Victor Cruz on that TD. As Bill Walton would say, "What were they thinking? Were they thinking at all?"

Finally came to post about the game.
:wow: great fukking game
Them Skins came to play. Those turnovers though bit them in the ass.
4th quarter Eli had to come through :lawd::bow:
Cruz at the end with the TD :win::stylin:

1. Bradshaw (on the few GOOD runs he got) looks like a man possesed when he isn't running east/west and trying to be fancy. Almost as if he KNOWS patience wearing thin with him, having 2 decent shoo-ins behind him on the depth chart. We have GOT to get Wilson and Brown more looks.

2. Eli was uncharacteristically mediocre today until that last pass. Both interceptions were DIRECTLY thrown to opposing DBs and the early TD pass he missed to Cruz was (for once) his fault. The DB tripped trying to guard Cruz and everything. Shoulda been an easy score.

3. We SHOULDA, WOULDA, COULDA put this game away WAY early. Instead, we came out with above average D when it counted, and rookie miscues and sloppy trick play calling caused the Skins to off theirselves when they had us by the balls. But to go for it on 4th and 10? And MAKE it? After all their other 4th down conversions? Straight disrespectful. If we woulda lost, we woulda deserved to.

4. We got the Cowgirls in our favorite stadium next week. With us pretty healthy and them somewhat banged up, I expect this to be a little bit more of a show-off session for us, even though we couldn't show off vs. the Skins & their multiple injuries/weak secondary. It's just something about playing there that brings out the best in us...Like the Meadowloands Curse with Philly.

5. If we win, we need to beat AT LEAST one of the two following teams (Pittsburgh & Cincinatti). I'll take 7-3 (Or an unlikely 8-2) heading into the bye week. But we have to go into the bye CONFIDENT and LOOKING MEAN.

6. Schedule after the bye week is lookin :why::wtf::snoop::to::sadbron::ohlawd::damn:

Lmfao. It is what it is. We came out played like crap, made a ton of mistakes but we got the win. It would have been :merchant: if we went 0-3 in our division. I stopped trying to figure out why we play like crap at home. :wtf: and this wasn't even one of those "oh no we came out flat" games. This was just not playing disciplined, fundamental football and some horrible play calling by Gilbride/Eli. I knew the Jacquin Williams injury would hurt, especially against RG3. Our D-line is still not getting enough pressure. Can't expect to beat the Cowboys without making Romo uncomfortable. Another huge division game, but Giants fans know better than to doubt The honorable Elijah.
