na I disagree. We haven't missed him at all. Dallas' pass D is top 3 in the league & they're physical. Besides, Eli barely had time to throw at all yesterday. So it was a combo of things. You see what Cruz can do deep and over the middle. Manningham was easily the most expendable of the 3 last year. Hixon has done well as the #3 too.

yea i agree with this. Hixon has definitely stepped up. My problem with Manningham was that he fukked up routes and constantly couldn't keep his feet in bounce. There were countless times he'd make an incredible catch but not have the concentration to know where his feet were, which made his catch in the SB more :mindblown: to me.

^^^So the injury starts and our late season collapse seems to be on loom.

fukk it though, I don't care if we lose the next 2 games plus the one against the Packers as long as we beat the redskins and phillies and 1 or two more games and go in as a 9-7 or 10-6 and run the train in them 13-3 teams :win: :jawalrus:

Can y'all stop with the late season collapse shyt? Frankly, none of these teams are as good as years past whether because of injuries or whatever: Packers, Steelers, Ravens, Saints especially. The Bengals game should be a W, as well.

Chase Blackburn being hurt might not be the worst thing. Michael Boley leading the D is good anyway & I don't see why Herzlich won't be good if not better than Chase.

This team is set up to go 10-6 at the least :youngsabo: which would win the division . Meaning 7-2 for either the eagles/boys and skins 8-1 . We should be fine long as Eli is healthy

What's up with Jacquian's knee? every time nikkas decide to put on 20 lbs their knees, ankles and hip become :flabbynsick: nikkas don't learn.

I hope he isn't going to IR just in time for Will Hill to come off his suspension. I feel he has better coverage on TEs that he is given credit for.

Troy P is out. I better not see that Cover 2 man make the offense :flabbynsick: again.

Was it just me or were the DAL CBs holding past the 5 yards and getting no call?

They were holding and they gave Cruz no calls. But Cruz also dropped some passes he usually catches .

Giants need this win for the city this weekend.
i hope so...but i dunno. i feel like it's gonna be another frustrating game to watch...as the last 2 have been. the Steelers are being hurt by the injury bug (Woodley, Troy P), but their pass offense has been solid & our pass D has not.

we have to get to Ben with that weak O-line...no fukking excuses, man.

for whatever reason, i'm gonna go into the game not too hyped, expecting to be a lil' frustrated on both sides of the ball & not being surprised by a loss...and hope to be wrong. :sadbron:

CB's need to be physical with Wallace and Brown at the line, or else the CBs will be looking at the back of these guys Jersey all day. Osi, Tuck and JPP need big games, doesn't always have to be sacks, but just hitting Big Ben should do the trick.

Eli needs to eat....Eli vs Lebeau

Anybody else excited to see Herzlich step in. He was really close to taking Chase's job in training camp. This dude has the potential to be our starting Mlb for the next decade.
