This shouldnt shock Giant fans your team just isnt that good even last year aside from the Jet game on you were not a good football team

In a league of "parity"[medicority] you cna be heavily flawed and still win if u make the playoffs get hot and get a few breaks but its not a recipe u always want to rely on

The Giants the way they are constructed are heavily flawed in many areas so it shouldnt be a surprise they struggle u should be happy u somehow won a title with this ehh team

You can say this about every team in the leagu though. No team is solid in every aspect of the game. Last year Green Bay was 15 and 1 with one of the worst defenses in the league. You just gotta do what you gotta do to win, and if it's ugly it's ugly, but those rings are pretty though!!

"After New York Giants rookie defensive tackle Markus Kuhntore his ACL in a 31-13 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, it was inevitable that he would wind up on season-ending Injured Reserve (IR). On Thursday, the Giants made it official, shutting Kuhn down for the remainder of the year.

Because they're on their bye week, the Giants have not yet made a corresponding roster move, leaving them with only 52 active players. However, with no practice until next week, there's no major rush to fill that void, which would explain why they held a very crowded private workoutearlier this week.Still, Big Blue may not jump at the chance to add another defensive tackle. And although familiar faces like Jimmy Kennedy and Marcus Thomas remain available, the team will likely opt to rely on second-year DT Marvin Austin.

“Hey, it’s time now,” defensive line coach Robert Nunn said. “He’s got to show up, and he’s got to strap it on, and be ready to perform and produce, and there’s no excuses. So we’ll see how that unfolds.”

Excerpt: "Hixon injured his ankle in the Bengals game and has not practiced all week. Williams returning this week from his PCL injury was a possibility, but Williams sat out today's practice and will miss his fifth straight game.

"He was sick today, so we didn’t push him," coach Tom Coughlin said.

S Kenny Phillips (knee) and LB Keith Rivers (calf/knee) are questionable. Coughlin said he is optimistic Phillips will play.

"But we’ll see," Coughlin added." Each day he's been a little better, and he's done a little better and a little more on the practice field, and hopefully he’ll feel he can make a strong contribution."

The Bengals game was a setback but beating the Packers would be pretty big. Seems like things are in line for to happen but thats the thing that worrys me I rather it seem like the chips are really stacked against the Giants.
