let's call this school what it is, it's an evangelical school. a catholic school wouldn't do this. if you're letting anyone shoot up the club, hoeing/stripping and not hiding it and on top of that you seem to be proudly trying to pass on those rotten values to your young daughters (i hope they rebel and be the opposite of you or i weep for their future), why the hell would you send them to an evangelical school? you're basically throwing it in their face that you live a lifestyle and teach your daughter things that they are entirely opposed to. they don't want her daughters influencing the other kids with values they learned from her.

they should have waited until the school year was done in a month and say we're not taking them back in the new school year. they may have the right to make a decision like that, but it's petty and wrong.

It's a private Christian academy .They have strict guidelines to whom they allow in their school and the children of single mothers are not them. They are trying to uphold a high ethical standard and even though you or me may not like it, they have the right to do it.

I look at it less as reputation and more as values. The school wants to ensure the same values they uphold in the school, are replicated in some way at home.

If the school believes children should only be brought into this world within a committed marriage between a man and a woman, then they want to ensure the parents share those same values. This whole thing is a non-issue.
