His jumper is nice. Defensively he is shaky.. Off the dribble he can create for himself or dish to his players. You have to realize that he was in a terrible situation in memphis.. Bucks seem to be "trying" not to be tankers. That's what Houston did and all they got was admiration for doing it the right way. At best you can say the Rockets would like to be better than where they are. The Bucks are scared to go where they maybe should be.
