Arnold was the right choice but this is interesting. Kinda feel like OJ had too much personality and was too "nice" (lol) for that type of role, whereas Arnold is so robotic due to being European (and a wooden actor) that it was perfect for him.

Tho from a sci fi perspective if Skynet existed and needed to create a humanoid machine that could infiltrate human areas without standing out...it's way more likely that type of "thing" would look like OJ than Arnold. That type of future would be more brown that white, so OJ would look more like the average person.

OJ would be better as the T 1000. Whole point of his character was he was “nicer” and more human like than Arnie’s T 800

I don't think it would've turned out the way it did had OJ played the role. See you can't just look at The Terminator and switch Arnold's face for OJ's and think it would've turned out the same scene for scene.

Movie would've been very different plus I heard Slyvester Stallone and Mel Gibson were also considered but I think it would've fell flat with them as well. Arnold had the looks and robotic demeanor/tone to make it work.
