OK... I just saw The Batman

I watched Dune with HBO Max and there’s no way I would have it made it through that in theaters even with how beautifully shot it is. 3 hours is pushing it for me but the consensus seems to be Batman is worth it. I’ll make an exception. I’m just grateful this isn’t an origin story.

The film was great but if you're the type to have a short attention span who needs to be on their phone in the cinema this isn't the film for you.

I liked that the action was used sparingly and was thus more effective and we get more of detective batman.



Also in the age of people sitting amd watching 9+ hours of streaming shows. 2 hrs 56 ain't that long certainly not for me at least. Especially if what I'm watching is engaging.
