When Thomas' high school girlfriend got pregnant, he married her. Five months later she had a little boy and he believed he had a son, but, as happens to a lot of young marriages, theirs fell apart.
The boy was three when Thomas decided to take a paternity test.
If he signed the birth certificate......then he the pappy. Technicalities don't apply just because you decide you don't want the mother anymore. He was that baby's father for a full 3 years......

Its the law in most places, not just Oklahoma. If you're too dumb (to be read a simp) to get a test at birth, the well-being of the child shouldn't be put in jeopardy years later when you SMARTEN' UP NAS.
This shouldn't start a gov't mandate for required DNA testing, it should be a start for men taking the initiative to get it done on their own before they sign their name on the birth certificate.
Stop waiting for someone to make it mandatory.
Instead of helping her buy all these cutesy outfits and shyt, put about $300 to the side and once that baby comes sliding out her coochie then you ask for a DNA test. fukk how she feels because peace of mind is priceless.

The analyst in me always says get the shyt right the first time. So if that means DNA tests or Dana tests as Madea says......when the baby is born then so be it. shyt would at least save time and effort even from a tax payers point of view.

2. DNA Test all kids your gf/wife has.
A lying ass cheating bytch will react the exact same way a faithful chic would
"You want a DNA test? For what? You think I stepped out? HOW DARE YOU! This kid is YOURS....blah blah blah" so get that test.
Women are emotional creatures first and foremost and most would never see it from your point of view because their feelings > your logical arguments.
They also need to amend the law since if you're married to a chic you are legally condsidered the father the second she gets pregnant whether Its yours or not.
