OK Man Ordered To Pay Child Support Despite Not Being Father

I understand why the law is this way, yet I understand why dude is frustrated.

If you are gonna be the daddy and not question it for a couple years, then it's in the child's best interest for you to keep being the daddy.

He admitted he knew the kid probably wasn't his. He shouldn't have waited so long to give a fukk. Had the relationship not fallen apart he would have raised that kid as his own.

After 3 years of raising that kid, I don't see how he could want to walk away just like that. Seems to be driven by anger for the girl.

If the kid aint yours why would u give a damn about its best interest. F that kid and that judge.

It ain't easy to walk away after 3 years. But youd be a fool to turn 3 years into 18 for a stranger u got tricked into bonding with

The craziest thing about having a man pay for child support for kid that isn't his is that he can't fight for custody or increased visitation because the courts will use he isn't the biological father agenda against him.

We had case in Indianapolis, Indiana where the courts made a guy pay for a child that wasn't his and was in juvenile court, once he got back from deployment he fought for custody, and the courts ruled against him since he wasn't the biological father and gave custody to the maternal grandparents, but he still had to pay support.

Thats why I laugh at "best interest of the child".......

i dont understand the reasoning for making him pay. its like sending a man to prison when you have proof the did not commit the crime but saying hey, the victim needs closure so we have to punish someone.

I'm sorry........but as an advocate for all males IMMEDIATELY refusing to accept being a father without a DNA test first, I can't get mad at this. He waited too long.

As a matter of fact......this fukked-up shyt needs to happen MORE until all men finally get the message to stop automatically trusting these hoes' word about them being the father. I don't care if you're scared about offending her or anyone else. I don't care if she threatens to leave you for demanding a test. That's no excuse.

A man should demand a test, but best believe something else will be put in place to shyt on men in these situations.

The responsibility should be put on the woman. Cause even if she don't know who the dad is and is manless, we(taxes)still paying for her kid.

If a woman isn't fukking around, I don't see why she would have an issue. I like being right so I'll take it as a challenge and I'd never let him live it down either. Every sentence would start with "YOUR KID...."

1. If you're not man enough to tell her you want the test for peace of mind you can always use the tactic that you have a blood condition such as a sickle cell trait, and you want to make sure it was not passed down to the child.

What can she say, you're just being mature and RESPONSIBLE as a father and adult, and you want to make sure of the well being of the baby's health.
