It doesn't fall off as hard as people make it seem. There's just a few key parts that look dumb as hell, especially in the last two seasons. It's typical TV stuff and at the very least, the show is a complete story.
For it's flaws, it's a 4.5/5 show imho
The character work is also amazing in my opinion. It's cast very well. Without giving too much away, just remember that you're watching a longer tragedy more than a suspense or gangster series.

So it's one of those "Had a spark when it started" shows that sucks you in (pause) with a bomb ass season or two then falls into shyt?
The fact that that you pointed THAT scene as being better than a whole season has me...worried since I'm just now starting, but was compelled to off the strength of this scene and Deaundre alone.

Hell yeah you should. I watched all 6 seasons recently and got into the show cause I was tired of hearing about it. But def worth it.
