having watched every game so far the thing I'm most impressed with (because we know his offense is LEGIT) is his effort and determination to not just be a turnstile on defense, what are you basing this off of? is it because of his REB and BLK averages playing on a poor defensive team, alongside Nerlens Noel?

He's the real deal on the offensive end of things. Like others have said he must improve his defense in the short and long term but offensively he will be a 25 ppg scorer sooner than later. I knew the Lakers should have drafted him over Russell but in hindsight and with the way both of them have started him going 3rd is looking even worse now.
