TS is an idiot. Banks has more flows than Lupe by far. Saying he has 2 flows show's you don't listen to him. You mention the new mix tape like he doesn't use multiple flows on it. At least 3 on angel dust alone.

As far as this thread, banks and Lupe right now are the top 2 MCs alive. Eminem is washed now, I'd put him in the 3rd spot.

It's really a toss up between them as far as mc skill depending on what styles you prefer. Lupe is more in Nas' lane Banks is more in Eminem's lane.
