It’s going to be a long ass time before you catch me at a festival or convention. I was already phasing them out before Covid, but now, nah I’m good.

I’ve said from the get go that Chinese lab fukked up and didn’t follow protocols. They were messing around with gain of function, there was a little accident, and things weren’t shut down and quarantined properly.
Been holding off on my next booster until another big version/wave hits and this might be the one that gets me the fourth jab. I've been getting kind of lax with my mask around my coworkers lately these days anyways.

I work in a group home in Cali. Newsom mandated and forced group home workers and residents to be double vaxxed with booster or lose your job. We also have some of the most over the top covid mitigation procedures in place which includes masking up and wearing gloves and social distancing. None of that helped stop the spread of covid as almost all of the staff (about 10 of 12) and all 4 of the residents we provide care for caught covid and had mild flu-like symptoms. Over and over again we were sold on the fact that getting vaxxed would prevent the spread and protect others. Clearly that wasn't the case and now the narrative has changed from "prevents spread" to "prevents hospitalization"....
So again, the vax does NOT prevent spread so why are some of y'all still pushing that misinformation?? Why do you blame anti-vaxxers when the vaxxed are still catching and spreading covid at a much higher rate than the unvaxxed??
