The Thunder had to adjust their entire offense to accommodate the KD foot injury. Kyle Singler was getting time in KD's slot
The Thunder had an unfortunate four game skid last season against low-level opponents. Winning those very winnable games would have had them in the 4th seed. Let's not act like they were scraping the bottom of the barrel.

OKC as currently constructed really isn't a good team. The Jazz were/are really good when Gobert is healthy.

This is why I felt the Jazz would lose in 4 or 5 games. How is Russ with the help of PG and the supporting cast of the Thunder going to lose first round to a team with no all-stars? This series kind of makes you feel some empathy for KD when he said "KD can't win with those cats"
