I don't understand either. Before when they said he was leaving usually the first answer was the HC, they get rid of him and will probably hire whoever it is Durant wants, now it's "yea...but he still leaving". Herd mentality.

Same people before the season projected Beal to be a 20+ppg scorer this year, that didn't happen and he struggled with injuries. Beal's been in the league 3 years and been injured all 3, they said he was supposed to be the tipping point and that Wall would equal Westbrook. Wall's clearly not on Westbrook's level, which one of Nene/Gortat is a much of a difference maker as Ibaka and whichever one is leftover put next to Kanter, I'd take Kanter. And when you compare benches OKC's is superior, so what's that leave leftover? Wittman?

So either obviously I need glasses if it's that clear cut to everybody else or somebody needs to point out a legitimate reason other than "lolLebron went home" because I'm trying my best to see a fit and can't.

Only advantage Washington has unless he seriously just wants to go home is being in the eastern conference. And all that talk now about just taking the top 16 teams for the playoffs isn't helping the Washington argument.

Lol at people saying Dantoni too. Hiring Pringles means taking every page out of Scott Brooks' playbook (ISO) and adding "do it under 10 seconds." That or you better be godlike at the pick and roll.

That shyt was successful in Phoenix because they were the only ones playing at that pace back then, and because Steve Nash was the coach. Nash wasnt the coach in NY and was too flabby to play in LA so the shyt didnt work.

Also prepare to have the worst defense in the league. Suns players from the mid-2000's teams used to say they like playing for Mike D because they dont really have to practice. Also multiple guys said that Mike's defensive philosophy was if they're driving to get a 2, get out of bounds and throw the outlet to get a 3 before they get back. :heh: This is all documented. Dude is the worst.

Forget about that, let's say they keep it the same way.

There's no championships won finishing 1st in the eastern conference ask LeBron pre-Miami. He still has to go through a western conference team to win a title and on the Wizards he'd be doing it with a SG that's praticially guaranteed to miss 20-30 games, a lesser player at PG, worse bench, and presumably worse head coach. Now if all that is worth a L in the Finals on ABC instead of the WCF on TNT then more power to him but it seems like his best bet is to stay where he's at, get healthy, get back to that 1-2 seed in the west where they normally hover around anyway and go from there.

So it's really not much an advantage imo, delaying the inevitable for participation stickers is more like it.

It's the only place Pringles would work.

He would work because he would improve their spacing and ball movement. I'm not saying he's their best option, but he's better than Brooks.

I personally want him to crash and burn one more time. :blessed:
