Thing is OKC waste a lot of time just trying to decide what to do (that is, if KD or Russ doesn't rush for a quick shot) because of hero ball. GS usually gets to their PnR quick and then figures it out from there. OKC on the other hand, you can see Adams or Ibaka not being sure whether to come up to set screens or not or come to set screens just to get waved off because KD and to a lesser extent Russ are slow with decision making. I'm not too sure if this falls on Billy Donovan too tho.
