He played in game 1 in the finals and hurt his ankle again. He would sit out I believe game 3, 4 and 5. Byron Scott hurt his shoulder in game 3 as well and would not play the rest of the series.

Injuries often times play a roll in rematches. Magic blows his hamstrings out in game 1 of the finals in the rematch of the pistons.

Even the 1 win that Larry Bird had against the Lakers many argue was because worthy hurt his ankle and was never the same in that series.
