many other states dont execute prisoners because the locals want it that way. as a matter of fact, outside of strong red states, the trend is for less execution and more life sentencing.
being a state practice, you have even more control over this than federal actions

One of those men killed and raped an 11 month old. There's no rehabilitation for that and he should be put to sleep.

i dont have any mercy on baby rapists, i just dont trust that courts get it right 100% so i cant be comfortable with this happening, especially not on the same night like some kind of double header.
They couldn't get them. Refusal to sell for them to be used for execution domestically and unable to import from overseas.fukk was wrong with the old drugs
Thats why they shot him full of that mystery cocktail. shyt is fukked up they used him human experiment to see if it worked and while it did kill him it would probably be considered an inhumane execution.
