VKM has some of the all time worst TNA moments and segments. I'd like to believe it was some meta gimmick where they were intentionally trying to be even worse than dadboner reunion DX, but they actually thought they were being edgy and cool

It was awful, though I don’t remember this particular segment. It’s crazy, the WWE was putting on some bad shows then, and often times, TNA was really trying to match how terrible they were.
