Story is so interesting bc of the whole dynamics of them killing one of "their own" instead of what the media and society paints as the generic criminal perps. We all know what the avg reader is assuming about the suspects without pics

But the fact the robbers were White doesn't even change the dynamic to me.

I will say if this was a black man that did this, he probably would have already been arrested.

Couple new details

-third time his home was broken into
- they was trying to break into the safe
-the girl was beating on him while the guy was trying to pry open the safe

They was probably going to break into the safe and kill him.

Na breh chill why would they do that. Not like they was trespassing? Not like they was breaking and entering? Not like they burglarized someone's home? Not like they committed assault? Not like they had a criminal past, And not like they did this knowing a woman was carrying a child

i checked out a couple of local tv news interviews that he gave ...seems the couple were making their third trip to his house and were trying to break open his safes. they were having a hard time getting them open so he allegedly told them that he had tools in his garage to get the job done. the male perp went to the garage to fetch the tools while the pregnant female was with the guy....saw a NRA looking investigator that was all smiles in the newscast....there's some hidden layers to this drama.

Now this set of facts opens up the game doesn't it.

Hes going to prison friend for some very simple reasons

The law has not set up how far you can chase a man and gun then gun them down. If they are not on your property and you kill them after they robbed you a minute ago is that ok?

What if you chase them down the block and kill them

What if you pop up at their house 12 hours later and kill them.

It is only ok to shoot people that are on your property and it is not ok to shoot people in the back who are fleeing and not on your property according to the law. I'll be stunned if he gets off

There is no cutoff point or time for these actions to be carried out in the law so as California law currently states, he is going to Prison. All because he couldnt show mercy like Christ. Its so demonic, friends.

it's a case of 3 kids in Indiana all serving life cause they broke into a house with their other friend that was killed by the homeowner.

I don't agree with it, but dude she robbed with might end up with life over her.

This wasn't there first crime
They weren't caught in the act and ran away immediately

Your trying to bring the emotion of a dead child into play and am not taking the bait

I don't want to own a gun so I can't say this would happen to me. But let's just pretend that I did. If I had an intruder who I felt was trying to steal my shyt I would show my gun to scare them off. If they were trying to attack me I would shoot them in their leg so they couldn't walk. Then I would call the police.

I wouldn't shoot someone where it could kill them because that would make me feel horrible. I don't think some one should lose their life for stealing.

However I know people will do different things. I think this man used poor judgement. He didn't even feel sorry that he "had " to do it.

Smh does he deserve jail time? Um maybe but he could have been thinking that they could come back for him to hurt him. Idk....

She was still running away though.

THAT is the point i'm trying to make. She was no longer a threat to that man, and was actually PLEADING for her life while NO LONGER on his property.

Thats cold blooded murder by the LETTER OF THE LAW.

If he wasn't an old white man he would be UNDER the jail ALREADY.

Real life aint the movies... first off things happen in a split second so you wont have time to aim nor will you will be in the right state of mind to think clearly... in a panic you would likely aim for the torso or center of their body.. and even if you hit their leg please understand people die from getting shot in the legs too. Its very easy to bleed out. Television and movies has warped peoples perspective.
